Massage can be one of those things you love or you hate. Some (crazy) people cannot bear to be touched even by their own lovers so massage is an absolute no no for them!

Swedish massage is a very relaxing style of massage that does not go too deep into the body. Accompanied by oils and scents, this becomes aromatherapy massage, which again is very relaxing.
Massage with aromatherapy oil is a really great treatment as the oils that are used can be personalised to fit yoru frame of mind and your tastes. If you just love patchouli, then this can be mixed with a base oil in order to make the perfect oil for you. The scents are incorporated to make you feel as relaxed as possible.
Other massage treatments include Thai massage which is quite a vigorous manipulation of the body but great for real release of all your tough spot, foot massage which of course speaks for itself, shiatsu which uses a unique style of finger pressure and massage therapy.
Massage Therapy is practiced by fully qualified therapists who have had a lot of training. This is of a medical style massage which is used extensively for injuries and severe conditions. Therapists understand the body and have had the training to work with people who need the extra care of a hands on physician
I use massage therapists for relaxation massages as well as when I am in need of genuine recuperation. I find that massage therapists can really get into the spots that have extra tension and require more work.
